Decia Lazarian

Decia Lazarian currently based in Sag Harbor, NY, has naturally been recruiting since the age of three, where she went door to door on her street with the desire of bringing all the neighborhood kids together. While in college, Decia embarked on a career in fashion during her senior year working at a vintage clothing store in Santa Barbara, CA. She naturally fell into her management role, which allowed her the special interchange with customers that she still cherishes today. That experience inspired her to move east to New York City, where she could wholeheartedly pursue her dream career in the fashion business. Over the last two decades, Decia has worked in retail management and recruiting primarily in the fashion industry, including prominent fashion designers and retailers such as Daryl K, Ralph Lauren, Intermix, Michael Kors, and the Westside. Her career briefly segued to tech where she was a Senior Leadership Recruiter for Tesla. Decia thrives on connecting people, which makes recruitment her dream job. She has the instinctive ability to understand her client’s unique needs and talents, while honoring their passions. In the creative and social world of fashion, beauty and health, her goal is always to make matches for her clients that will encourage growth, expansiveness and joy!
